Customs and import taxes

Depending on your country, your order may be subject to import duties or taxes. If they aren’t included at checkout, your local customs office or courier may collect them on delivery.

Delays and missing parcels

Customs checks, holidays, weather or courier issues can occasionally cause a delay. If your parcel is late, or tracking says delivered but you can’t find it, email us and we’ll chase it with the courier. If a parcel is confirmed lost, we’ll send a replacement or a full refund.
