How It Works

Returning or exchanging your order is simple:

1. Contact us
Email support@wonderchef.ae with your name and order number.

2. We’ll take care of the return
Our customer care team will send you clear return instructions and arrange the return at no additional cost to you.

3. Choose an exchange or refund
Need another size? We’ll arrange your exchange, subject to availability.

Prefer a refund? Once your return is received and approved, we’ll issue the refund to your original payment method.

Return Conditions

We only ask that returned shoes are:

• Unworn and unused

• Clean and undamaged

• Returned with their original product packaging

We recommend trying your shoes on indoors on a clean surface until you’re sure about the fit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your approved refund to your original payment method.

We’ll email you when your refund has been issued. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

Exchanges

Need a different size?

We’re happy to exchange your shoes free of charge, subject to availability.

If your preferred size is unavailable, you can choose another available option or receive a refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Order?

We’ll make it right.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email support@wonderchef.ae with your order number and a photo of the issue.

Our team will take care of the rest.
