We want shopping with us to be simple, transparent, and worry-free. These Terms explain the basic conditions that apply when you use our website or place an order with us.

1. Products

We do our best to ensure that all product descriptions, images, colours, sizing information, specifications, and prices are clear and accurate.

Please note that colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, lighting, or device.

Minor differences in packaging, colour, texture, or finishing may also occur.

All products are subject to availability.

2. Prices & Payments

Prices may be displayed in your selected or local currency where available.

Your final currency, discounts, shipping costs (if any), and total amount will always be shown at checkout before payment.

Payments are securely processed through the payment methods available at checkout.

WonderChef does not store your full payment card details.

3. Orders

After placing an order, you’ll receive an order confirmation using the contact information provided at checkout.

Please make sure your:

• Name

• Email address

• Phone number

• Shipping address

• Product

• Colour

• Size

are correct before completing your purchase.

In rare situations, we may need to cancel an order because of product availability, payment issues, incorrect information, suspected fraud, delivery restrictions, or a technical error.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the amount paid will be refunded to your original payment method.

4. Order Changes & Cancellations

Need to change or cancel your order?

Contact us as soon as possible at support@wonderchef.ae.

If your order has not yet been shipped, we’ll do our best to make the requested change or cancellation.

Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled, but eligible products can still be returned under our 30-Day Return & Refund Policy.

5. Shipping & Delivery

WonderChef offers FREE tracked home delivery to supported destinations worldwide.

Orders are normally prepared within 1–4 business days.

Delivery times depend on your destination, and the relevant estimated delivery information will be shown during checkout.

Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll send you tracking information by email.

Delivery estimates may occasionally be affected by customs, public holidays, severe weather, courier disruptions, remote locations, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

6. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident ordering from WonderChef.

Eligible products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery — free of charge.

Returned products should be:

• Unworn and unused

• Clean and undamaged

• Returned with their original product packaging

Need another size? We’ll be happy to arrange a free exchange, subject to availability.

Prefer a refund? Once your eligible return has been received and approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

7. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

If something isn’t right with your order, we’ll help make it right.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us at support@wonderchef.ae with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Our customer care team will review the situation and provide an appropriate solution.

8. Promotions & Discount Codes

From time to time, WonderChef may offer discount codes, gifts, bundles, or other promotions.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Discount codes cannot be combined.

• Discount codes cannot be applied to completed orders.

• Promotions have no cash value.

• Promotions may have specific eligibility requirements or expiration dates.

Any specific promotion conditions will be communicated with the relevant offer.

Where permitted by applicable law, you allow WonderChef to use submitted content for legitimate business and marketing purposes.

Our products should always be used responsibly and in accordance with any applicable safety and care instructions.

Slip-resistant footwear is designed to improve traction, but no footwear can completely eliminate the risk of slipping in every environment or condition.
